Sonic Mania has a "Knuckles Mode"

Thanks to early footage we now know that Sonic Mania will have a new mode called "& Knuckles Mode".
This mode will allow players to partner Knuckles with Sonic, Tails, or another Knuckles. Similar to Tails in Sonic the Hedgehog 2 and Sonic the Hedgehog 3.
Sonic Mania releases on August 15th for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, Microsoft Windows.
