Tactics Ogre PSP Gets Euro Premium Edition 25 february

I know I’ve been harsh about some Square Enix games recently and I’m sorry. I still love you guys, you know that, right? To prove my everlasting love for the maker of many angsty teens, here’s some news I vastly approve of:
February 25th will see the European release of Tactics Ogre: Let Us Cling Together, ten days after the North America release. Sure, this is yet another rehash, but as the 1995 original was never released outside of Japan no one really can complain, as chances are slim you’ve played this game. Also, the remake will be severely polished and even introduce a new Wheel Of Fortune system. With this addition you’ll be able to go back and forth in the timeline of your characters and adjust possible tactics or undo steps you feel affected you. This gives you a very broad spectrum to work out in context of gameplay and storyline.

But to top it off, Square Enix announced to be releasing a Premium Edition in Europe to celebrate the occasion. This bundle will include a 44 page hardback artbook, called The World Of Tactics Ogre; but will also include an exclusive soundtrack CD, the game itself (duh) and a neat box to package it all in. You’ll also be given a voucher for half off on the classic Vagrant Story, now on Playstation Network. I won’t be needing that though, as I already bought the original; twice! Why? Because I love you guys, remember?
It’s just nice to not only see the European PSP fanbase being acknowledged, but also given some incentives with this Premium edition. The more this happens, the happier we’ll all get.
