Uncharted Movie Still Happening, New Script Writer Confirmed

The Uncharted movie isn't dead instead, Joe Carnahan, who is currently writing Bad Boys 3, will write the script for Uncharted the Movie.

Variety reported the news today after the project has been hanging around. Since then reports of the project being pushed back, delayed, and constant changes in staff has had people questioning the stability of the project.

In a perfect world I would love to do both, but right now, I’m only on board to write the script,” Carnahan said.

The Uncharted movie is set to release on June 30th 2017, but with no trailers or footage to speak of it's unlikely it'll meet that date.
