Fez arrives on Xbox Live May 2

 

The wait is almost over.

 

After many years of development and many delays (it was originally slated for release in 2009), Polytron's Fez is finally coming out. May 2nd is the date, according to the Xbox Live Marketplace.

The game, a dimensional-shifting platformer (you rotate the world, in other words), has received numerous accolades from indie-game events like Indicade and the Independent Games Festival. Fez was also one of the games featured in Indie Game: The Movie.
