EA has no games in development for the Wii U
No Wii U version of Battlefield 4?

In June 2011 at E3, Nintendo CEO Satoru Iwata ended the presentation by welcoming CEO of EA John Riccitiello to the stage. Ricciticello said that "What Nintendo's new console delivers speaks directly to the players of EA Sports and EA Games. Nintendo's new console will produce brilliant high-definition graphics and new gameplay opportunities. We look forward to seeing great EA content on this new platform."
However currently development plans for the Wii U have gone silent at EA. Company spokesperson, Jeff Brown, told Kotaku that "We have no games in development for the Wii U currently" but didn't convey that developing for the Wii U out of the question. Brown also told Kotaku that "that early run of EA games on the Wii U represented EA delivering on its E3 2011 partnership."
EA delivered titles for the Wii U such as Mass Effect 3, Need for Speed Most Wanted, Madden, and FIFA. However EA's biggest release of the new year, Dead Space 3, did not get ported to the Wii U.
In a previous statement DICE's Frostbite technical director, Johan Andersson, stated that EA's signature Frostbite 3 engine wasn't running on Wii U. If this is true, combined with Brown's statement, perhaps we won't be seeing Battlefield 4 or other notorious upcoming EA titles on the Wii U.
