Tyranny Getting Bastard's Wound Expansion and Tales from the Tiers DLC

Bastard's Wound will come alongside a free update and an expanded third act.

Tyranny, Obsidian's cRPG where players take the role of an enforcer for an evil overlord, will be getting an expansion later this year. Titled Bastard's Wound, it will "open up a new area of the Tiers where refugees from the war-torn world have established a haven in secret". New characters and a closer look at the game's Beastmen are also coming with the expansion. Furthermore, Verse, Barik and Lantry are getting companion quests.

The expansion will come alongside a free update to Tyranny which will add voice acting, a new ending and an expanded third act. Tyranny's third act felt rushed, as I remarked in my Tyranny review, so it's very good news that they're working on it. Furthermore, the Tales from the Tiers DLC was released today. New travel events and interactions with characters and companions come with it. On top of that, a free update is available for the game adding New Game + and respec options. The Tales from the Tiers DLC costs 6,99 Euros or your regional equivalent.
