Today, Microsoft has confirmed that the Xbox 360 SmartGlass application for Android, Windows Phone, Windows 10, Windows 8, Android, and iOS devices has ended and content will no longer be offered.
For those using the SmartGlass application, Microsoft has recommended you make the change to the Xbox application available on the same platforms.

A. Yes. All games are still playable on your Xbox 360 console. If you bought digital games from Microsoft, they’re still available for download.
