[UPDATE]: The live stream isn't so live, as I'm informed it's pre-recorded footage. Got it? Ok? Ok! Carry on.
E3 2011 isn’t scheduled to kick off until June 7th next week, and Konami is thinking that they just want to bury the competition…by holding a press conference 4 days before the event does happen.
The official Konami E3 2011 Press Conference is set to start on June 2nd (today or tomorrow, depending on what time zone you’re in) at 5:00 PM PST. Konami will also be hosting a live stream on their E3 website, so check back for that. Obviously, we’re going to be treated to Konami’s game lineup for the duration of the show, so expect some announcements on Silent Hill, Metal Gear on the 3DS, NeverDead, and more.
In case you didn’t know yet, Konami also rolled out their pre-E3 show screening events weeks ago, which they will be holding in cities such as San Francisco, São Paulo, and Mexico City. This press release has the full details on the venues.
