Now, welcome to the story section of tonights schedule. This is a very interesting thing that happened to me tonight at work. See I work at a golf course and we do banquets for all sorts of groups. I am one of the chefs at my work so I am responsible for making food. Yep, who knew that is what a chef does. I laugh at my dry humor some times.... some times. Moving forward in this thing. Tonight we had a group of about 75 or so. They were a group from the church of Vaughn. In no way to be racist what so ever they were also all asian, this is where things start to differ. Now in the majority of American and Canadian society you sit around after your food is done, drink coffee, drink beer, mingle and what not. Well these people were differant. The most amazing thing happened today.

It started as something I did not even notice. I was just doing some stuff when I saw a few people with DS`s. I did not think much of it. I thought ya that is cool I guess, The DS is getting popular in mainstream markets here in Canada. Then it hit me, Literaly everybody and there brother had a DS. These people finished there dinner, and they had a Mario Kart tournament. With prizes and trash talking and a whole lot of fun. It was incredible. I have never seen so many people having fun like that with video games. The best part was is there were onyl 3 kids there. Adults of all ages were participating. It was amazing to watch. It really goes to show how mainstreem is becoming. It also shows how much more willing the Asian culture is to accept tech into their lives.
