Cosmochoria
The future looks bright for 30/30's Cosmochoria.

A few weeks ago we introduced Cosmochoria to our readers, uploading a let's play and insisting that they vote yes for the action/arcade game on Steam Greenlight. Unfortunately, the indie game from developer 30/30 did not make it through the most recent batch of Greenlit games; however, the future looks bright for the charming little cosmonaut.
Cosmochoria sees players in control of a cute, little, naked cosmonaut whose existence is solely based on restoring an alien infested galaxy before it’s lost forever. He works his tiny butt off, flying between planets, killing aliens, and planting seeds in hopes of seeing life restored in a sad, desolate galaxy.
Our cosmonaut wields a pistol and can jet himself through the cosmos using a pressurized tank. Emptying an unlimited amount of ammunition into alien scum may at first seem like an easy task, but if players fly around too much they’ll run out of fuel and may find themselves being sucked towards an inevitable death.
Floating around in space is a dangerous task; restoring the galaxy not only requires players to take out creatures from space but also depends upon something so miniscule as a seed. Planting seeds grows trees, brush, and flowers, which in turn supply even more seeds and crystals, allowing for more opportunities to fortify a base. Collect enough crystals and a foundation can be built - pyramid bases that assist the player in killing foes.
After intense battles with swarms of aliens, players come face to face with dragon-like creatures in extreme boss battles. Their only goal is destruction, and if players fail at taking them down, game over. These boss fights are where the art style of Cosmochoria truly shines, with hand crafted illustrations and an electronic soundtrack that brings together the colorful world of this indie title.
The team at 30/30 certainly has a sense of humor. With the game's main character flying around in his birthday suit and crystal pooping enemies, it's hard not to let out a chuckle here and there. Childlike and just barely noticeable, the comedic energy of Cosmochoria is something that the developer can surely expand on, adding another piece to the game as a whole.
Planned to be released this Fall for Windows, Mac, and Linux, NoobFeed is more than excited to see the final outcome of Cosmochoria. If we haven't convinced you yet, you can play an alpha preview of the game here, and remember, support Cosmochoria on Steam Greenlight by clicking yes, and let the developer know what you think in the comments section.
