Sophia lives in the attic on the second floor, but this area remains locked initially. Dorian blocks your access, so you must complete specific steps to enter the attic.

Start by visiting the heater room located next to your office. Look for the carpet on the floor and interact with it to reveal a trap door. Descend into the underground space and look to your right. You will find a silver key on the floor. Use your Dateviators on this key to meet Keith.
