This treasure is a bit hard. Head into the Church, the broken boards are on the right side. Head inside until you come across a verticle area with bright natural light. On the left side should be broken boards that you can smash. This will take you to the nest, burn it and kill the animal to get the key. Head outside and to the shed to get the treasure.
