This guide details the locations of every collectible available during Chapter 8 of FINAL FANTASY VII Remake Intergrade. By following each section, you can secure all weapons, materia, accessories, and music discs within the Church and the various areas of the Sector 5 Slums.

Note that certain hidden items behind locked gates or walls of specters are inaccessible until Chapter 14 and are therefore excluded from this walkthrough.

Church

Within the Church, after the balcony railing collapses, descend the next staircase to uncover a chest containing the Talisman accessory.

Starting Materia and Weapon for Aerith

Upon Aerith joining your party, she begins with the Prayer Materia, Refocus Materia, and the Guard Stick weapon automatically equipped.

Sector 5 Undercity Station

At the Train Station in the Sector 5 Undercity, visit the "Potions & Music" vending machine to purchase Music Disc #21: Cait Sith's Theme.

Twilight Valley

After pushing the container aside and defeating the Hedgehog Pie enemies, ascend the first ladder, then take the right path up a second ladder to find a chest with the Calignious Bracelet armor.

Center District

Following Aerith's flower delivery to the Leaf House, explore the building immediately to its left to access a jukebox that plays Music Disc #25: Tango of Tears. Nearby, the Slums Materia Store offers Music Disc #19: Costa del Sol for purchase.

Chadley's Battle Intel rewards in this area include the First Strike Materia (Battle Intel #3) and, after completing Intel #6, #7, #8, and #9, the Synergy Materia, Steal Materia, Provoke Materia, and Steadfast Block Materia. Additionally, completing Intel #3 unlocks the Shiva summon, available as Summon #3.

The Weapons Store in the Slums sells the Star Pendant accessory.

Children's Secret Hideout

In the hideout's Moogle Shop, purchase Music Disc #20: Gold Saucer, Aerith's Silver Staff, and the Whistlewind Scarf and Salvation Badge accessories.

Progressing the "A Verified Hero" side quest unlocks the Whack‑a‑Box Normal Difficulty challenge, where achieving 20,000 points yields the Crescent Moon Charm, and 30,000 points awards the Spectral Cogwheel and the "Crate Annihilator" trophy.

Station Way

Completing the "Weapons on a Rampage" side quest automatically grants the Protective Boots accessory.

The "Paying Respects" side quest in the Center District awards the Studded Bracer armor, while the "Kids on Patrol" challenge grants Cloud the Nail Bat weapon.
