Spike Throwers are some of the most powerful weapons in Horizon Forbidden West and you can grab it early thanks to 2 Oseran sisters who need some specific parts.

Charger horns are easy enough, right outside the southern gate are some. Just keep hitting the horns until they fall off, if you kill them beforehand you won't get the horns.

The Fanghorn rib is only at a specific location provided to the player. Just kill the machine but it won't be easy. Make sure to target the horns than the containers on its back for an easy kill. You can use the elevation to your advantage.

Once done head back and grab your reward.
