Horizon Forbidden West - How to Destroy the Metal Flowers

The Metal Flowers was a side mission in Horizon Zero Dawn but play a bigger role in its sequel. Unlike the original where you can just pick them up, you cannot do that in Horizon Forbidden West. Here's how to destroy the Metal Flowers.

The virus needed to destroy the flowers is found in the main mission SEEDS OF THE PAST. Here you will find the code to kill the flowers by just completing the mission. Once down just hit the flower 3 times with Aloy's spear and inject the code when the R1 prompt appears. The vines will dissolve and you can grab whatever the flower had locked away.
