How to Unlock the Secret Kingdoms of Super Mario Odyssey

Once you finish the main story of Super Mario Odyssey you'll gain access to the rest of the game, mostly. Some areas are still locked but we know how to unlock them.

First off you'll need to collect a lot of Power Moons to unlock the first Kingdom, the Dark Side. This requires 250 Power Moons. This seems intimidating but Super Mario Odyssey has a wide range of options of how to collect Power Moons from completing challenges, buying them, and smashing moon blocks which are marked on your map.

The final secret Kingdom is called the Darker Side of the Moon. This is the hardest level in the entire game. You'll have to complete 14 sections with 1 life and no checkpoints. This is the ultimate platforming challenge. If completed you'll get a special cutscene from the developers and an invisibility outfit.
