I’m getting married!

If you are reading this, you are officially fooled by me. But now that I have your attention, I hope you read the rest of it.

Not all of you visit the forum every day; specially not every thread, so I thought this would be the best way to grab your attention. And, it’s about the new feature we have for replying/quoting others comments.

Once you are using @ to reply anyone’s comment, the correct method is to give a space between the user name and the colon ( : ). The usernames are not case sensitive, so you can simply write the username as how you want.

 

Here are few examples:

@fishdalf : Comment
@bizzy : Comment
@ilias : Comment
@CANANA : Comment
@fETUSzERO :

These will all work if you spell the username as it is and use a space after the username.

Though you can just copy the username from his comment on your blog. In that case the font will be bigger than usual. To make it look normal, click the Source button from the editor and remove the <*h4> html code that lies before the username. Obviously you’ll notice a / in the place of *.


On another note, GOTY emblems have been distributed. Check this blog, if you haven’t seen them yet and check this list if you haven’t received any yet. I'm not sure about the requirements of both the emblems. Keep an eye on the Emblem quide for updates from canana.

 

Edit: I forgot to mention that the notifications take certain time to reach your tab.

 

Update: I was just informed by one of the developers that the Notification will work only if you post one single reply using @. Multiple replies in one post won’t send any notification. But this is for the time being, they are fixing this bug.
