Konami's pre-E3 reveals new social titles, PES 2014, Metal Gear Solid V, and Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2

Konami just released their pre-E3 video and gave viewers a taste of what is coming to E3 this year. Tomoyuki Tsuboi, president of Konami Digital Entertainment America, opened the presentation and gave a short history lesson about Konami before showcasing Dance Dance Revolution Classroom Edition and it's involvement in school psychical education.
John Coligan, Director of Digital Publishing for Konami, showcased Konami's involvement in the social gaming market. He started by highlighting MLB Dream Nine Mobile improvements for Facebook and that it'll be coming to iOS. Coligan added that Konami is interested in growing their Indie portfolio by aiding in publishing these titles while giving developers freedom to create what they want. Through their Independant Developer Program they signed on Kung Fu Factory to develop in Dogo Jump and teased MLB Live Challenge for Facebook and iOS. Coligan ended his portion of the video explaining Konami's 2 new casino applications called Slot Revoltion: A Hero's Journey and Casino League.
PES 2014: Pro Soccer Evoltion was presented by Kei Masuda, Creator Producer at PES Productions. Masuda showcased the new engine called Fluidity, based on the Fox Engine, to ensure that all movements achieve paramont precision. Masuda conveyed that the 6 elements for the system will include TrueBall Tech, M.A.S.S., PES ID, Team Play, Heart, and The Core that was explained to change based on the players performance throughout the game.
A Konami Presentation would'nt be possible without some information about Metal Gear Solid: Phantom Pain. Hideo Kojima explained that this new chapter in this legendary series will take on sensitive issues such as race and revenge, making it much darker. This new adventure will take place in 1984, when Snake is 49 years old, and will be played by Kiefer Sutherland. Kojima conveyed that Facial recognition plays a large role rather than dialogue due to more detailed facial texture made possible through new advancements.
Powered through their new Fox Engine Kojima stated that they will be able to create photo realistic characters that compare to live-action movies.
Konami didn't leave Castlevania out of the presentation. Picking up after the events of the first title In Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 will center on the origin of Dracula. Dave Cox ,Studio Head of Konami Digital Entertainment, explained that Dracula will have 3 new abilites that include Chaos Claws to break down enemy defenses, Bloodwipe, and an unnamed ice sword.
A new engine called the Mercury Engine, according Enric Alvarez, will power Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 without being burdened with loading times while traveling from one area to another. In addition the camera will be free and allow players to traverse the environment with ease.
Instead of being set entirely in a dark fantasy environment players will be able to travel through a modern day city and will be accompanied with an exceptional original soundtrack. The preview ended with a brand new trailer showcasing new angelic and colossal enemies, new allies, weapons, and a brand new story. This will be the final chapter in the Lords of Shadow saga and will be releasing this winter on PC, PS3, and Xbox 360.
