Level Up! Level 8: Officer Dick

Had to go to the level guide again for this one:

8. Officer Dick - A non-player character from one of the Tony Hawk games would probably be considered non-notable if they didn't represent an actual person; a player character like this one is eminently game-guide material.  (Tony Hawk's Series).

Ahh, that would explain it.  The only THPS game I ever played was THPS 2 for the GBA.  I just really am not into skate boarding games that much at all.  And, there you have it.  I'm a Dick.
