After leaving the area where you encountered the Ghost and passing through a small hatch, you’ll enter a medical room containing an examination chair.

In the corner of the room stands a Doctor, twitching slightly but not moving. At first, it’s not clear, but the Doctor is blind. Your objective in this section is to reach the other side of the room without being caught in Little Nightmares III.

Understanding The Doctor’s Behavior

It may seem logical to try sneaking past the Doctor, but attempting to exit through the left side of the room will make noise, alerting him to your presence. Since he’s positioned close to the doorway, this will cause him to catch you almost immediately.

Creating A Distraction

To proceed safely, you must first draw the Doctor’s attention to the right side of the room. Once he moves in that direction, use the opportunity to move toward the left exit quietly. If done correctly, the Doctor won’t have enough time to detect or reach you, allowing you to leave the room and continue forward in Little Nightmares III.
