Little Nightmares The Residence - Ashes to Ashes Achievement

Little Nightmares The Residence has one secret achievement hidden within the game. Called Ashes to Ashes it's tucked away in the darkest corner of The Lady's room. Here's how to get it.

First head to the bookshelves on the second floor and grab the red book in the main room, it's on the top left corner. Next take it back to the beginning and head to the room left of the pile of books. Now place the book on the shelf on the left corner to expose a door and the urn. Climb up and break it to unlock the achievement.
