LiveFeed - RefleX and Gigantic Army: Nyu Media Special

We recently reviewed some pretty old-looking games, namely the shoot ‘em up RefleX and the side-scrolling gunner Gigantic Army, both from Nyu Media. There was a time where we had more time for old titles, but since those days have passed, this is the best compromise we could come up with.

Given the special occasion, we also recorded a gameplay session, which we sometimes do on Twitch, in case you’d like to subscribe. And since we didn’t want to make you click twice, we crammed both these titles in one event, even if we had to stumble around for it like idiots. Writers aren’t tech wizards, apparently. In any case, if you’ve been a fan of the SNES era of games, with no story and high pixelated action, then sit back and enjoy some carnage, as we try to make our digital quarter last. It’s not going to last that long, as both titles are quite the challenge, but we hold a respectable stance at least. It’s time for some gameplay commentary now.
