Mafia: The Old Country Guide | All Chapter 1 Collectibles Locations

Chapter 1 of Mafia: The Old Country contains a total of ten collectibles: eight notes, one newspaper, and one medallion. These items are scattered throughout your home and nearby areas during the early events of the story.

Some of them are hidden on desks, shelves, or tables that are hard to see, but most of them are easy to get to as you switch between jobs. Itemizing them all will add to your total completion progress and add to the story of the game.

Note 1 – Harvest Instructions

Early in the chapter, search the kitchen area for a sheet of paper resting on the counter. You can find the Harvest Instructions note before you meet with Cesare. It tells you how to gather crops.

Note 2 – Delivery Schedule

From the kitchen, go into the closet or storage room next door. The Delivery Schedule note is on a shelf. This piece of paper lists future supply runs and is located near other household items.

Note 3 – A Gift From Gulotta

When you get to the stable area, look at a desk or table close to the tools. The note that says "A Gift From Gulotta" is here. It talks about getting things from a friendly source.

Note 4 – Bandit Menace

In the barn section, examine a barrel or crate near the animal pens. Here, the Bandit Menace note warns about recent troublemakers causing issues in the countryside.

Note 5 – Valentina's Pork Spezzatino

Find Valentina's Pork Spezzatino recipe on a side table near the cooking area when you go back to the kitchen. This note gives the story a homey feel by describing a beloved family meal.

Note 6 – Guest List

Search the dining area to locate the Guest List note. It rests on a table prepared for an upcoming gathering, detailing the names of invitees.

Note 7 – Cosimo's Care

Go up to the living room on the second floor. The Cosimo's Care note is a personal letter outlining plans for the well-being of a family member. It is on a desk in one of the beds.

Newspaper – Opera Season

After waking, treating your wounds, and changing into fresh clothes, step outside and turn left to climb the staircase above your room. At the top, you will find the Opera Season newspaper lying on a table beside a man enjoying coffee.

Medallion – Sant'Agata

Later in the chapter, once you have cleaned the stables, return to your room before joining the meal. On your table will be the Sant'Agata medallion, a charm placed there by Father Ciccone that grants temporary invulnerability when Enzo is close to death.

Note 8 – Note from Father Ciccone

The Note from Father Ciccone is also on the same table as the pendant. This message is the last collectible in Chapter 1 and gives good wishes and words of support.
