Marvel's Spider-Man - How to Defeat Doc Oct - Spectacular Difficulty

The final battle on top of Oscorp is one of the best in Marvel's Spider-Man but it's one of the biggest challenges. Doctor Otto now fully consumed by his rage won't hold back and you're going to need every advantage to defeat this sinister scientist. Here's how you defeat Doc Oct on spectacular mode. 

Doctor Otto doesn't have any new tactics but he'll attack a lot faster and more aggressively. The fight will begin with Doctor Otto trying to overwhelm Spider-Man will close range attacks and hurling pieces of Oscorp Tower at Spider-Man. The key is to maintain your distance but be close enough to use your web shooters. Use them to tangle Doc Oct's arms to close in for an attack. If you're feeling brace you can keep close and dodge his attacks to avoid the thrown debris, which can be thrown back.

During the halfway point Otto will climb the pillar in the middle of the arena and supercharge the floor. Web swing across the arena and throw back the chunks of debris he throws at Spider-Man to stun Otto. Use triangle when he's stunned to attack and punch Otto off the tower, repeat the same steps earlier and keep up the assault.

The final part of the battle will have Peter and Otto facing off on the side of Oscorp. This battle is straightforward. Wait for Otto to attack, dodge, and hit him before he can recover. Keep it up and you'll come out victorious.
