While you are exploring a large cosmos, My Time at Sandrock provides you with a range of professions and activities to choose from. Leveling Up

You can level up. Experience is earned every time you gather materials or make an item. When you level up and gain enough experience, you'll see changes to your stats.

Buy Furniture

Moving the furniture in your home is a simple way to dramatically boost your endurance. This is something you can do. If you make or buy specific items of furniture, you will be able to receive boosts to your stats. These enhancements will be made available to you now.

The defense, attack power, health, and stamina of your character may all be improved by some of them. Therefore, all you need to do is purchase some, make some, and spread them out across your house, and you will have a greater pool of stamina.

Use Knowledge Tree 

The third method is to use the knowledge skill trees to boost your stamina pool. At level 5, you'll be able to unlock one of four variations. • Your initial exposure to a Cooking Pot or Steamer will be at the Apprentice Cooking Station, where you can also experiment with other cooking tools.
• An upgraded version of the Apprentice machine, Your Chef's Cooking Station lets you utilize a wok for cooking.
• Lastly, your builder may now use the oven thanks to the Advanced Cooking Station
