Out of Paradise, into Oblivion

After over 23 hours and 71% completion in just over a month, I think I'm done with Burnout Paradise. I still have 30 events to complete before I earn my Elite license, but races are stupidly difficult right now and I am retarded when it comes to stunt runs. I'll still try a race or break a billboard every once in a while, but for the most part I'm booking my flight out of Paradise City.
I now move onto a game I bought recently for $20 at Staples: Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion: Game of the Year Edition. After some initial control problems, I've put an hour into it and I'm doing just fine. Using the mouse and keyboard, I'm a Redguard knight named Jamal. The Redguard initially appeared to be a black guy, so I ran with it and gave myself a "black" name to match.
This is my first foray into this genre (RPG? Not even sure the exact genre) and I really like it so far. The visuals are fantastic, the world around me is gorgeous and the game itself isn't too far off for a beginner like myself to understand and enjoy. As I said, I've only put one hour into the game and I'm just out of the beginning sewer area. I will be playing this one for a long, long time.
