Owlboy Boss 7 – Monkey King Strategy

This fight acts more like a horde mode. Players won’t fight the Monkey King but his followers in series of wave attacks. Skip to 13:39 in the video below.

The fight is pretty simple but you can get overwhelmed if you’re not careful. To ensure victory use Alphonse’ shotgun to kill at least 2 monkeys following the 2^nd wave. This will make things a lot easier. Follow up with Geddy to wipe out the remaining servants and if caught quickly tap the action buttons to avoid being taken into the lava pit beneath.
