Slamball

 

 

If you've never heard of slamball, I'll sum it up in one sentence. It's basically NBA Street the video game in real life. If you'd like a more detailed explanation, read this Wikipedia article.

I was a big fan of Slamball back in it's original days in the early 2000's. Yesterday my sister came to me and told me Slamball was on Cartoon Network (I'm not sure why it's on CN, but hey I'm glad it's back on TV). I had to think for a few seconds, then I realized what Slamball was and quickly flipped to the channel. It's such an awesome sport, with high flying action and a lot of physical play, and games only take one hour. Games come on Saturday and Sunday at 12 P.M. ET.

 

I hope that in a few years Slamball is still around and I can fly out to L.A. and try out for a team. Only problem is there's not anywhere to practice unless I buy some trampolines.
