Slow PC: Any tips?

Computers by Canana on  May 30, 2010

Hey everyone. This blog wasn't in the schedule. Lately I have been dealing with some PC issues, and I don't know much about it and I decided to post this blog to see anyone has some answers.

The real problem is: When I click in the browser it usually takes some time to load, because it freezes during the loading process but after a while I have my page ready. I have tried a few things myself, such as deleting some software that I don't use anymore, full scan, but I still have the same problem. I am not sure about it, but the PC is acting like this since I changed my Anti-virus and malware software. I was using AVG but since it was invisible, I decided to chance to Avira. Much better, but I also installed Ad-Aware and since then the PC lost its loading speed. It might be that but I wanted to heard some opinions first.

I guess if I unistall Avira and Ad-Aware, the PC might return to its normal speed. But, it might not be the reason. Now, what are your suggestions? I guess formating the hard drive seems to be the right thing to do, but is there any other way that you recommend? Thanks in advance for any help. Have a great day!
