To unlock Ending 3, VIVUS EX MORTIBUS, you must first complete Endings 1 and 2, start a new game, collect three Iron Crosses using the Bible, and place them on the third-floor route to the secret boss. 

Start a New Game and Get the Bible

First, complete both Ending 1 and Ending 2. Start a new game, then collect the Bible from the glass table in the ground-floor lobby. You need this item to trigger three hidden encounters. 

Get the First Iron Cross

Go to the living room of the second-floor apartment before solving the TV puzzle.

1. Use the Bible in the living room.

2. Stand on the Man/Mars symbol (♂) on the rug.

3. Run counterclockwise around the circle of symbols six times.

4. Defeat the cultists that appear and collect the Iron Cross.

Important: Do this before completing the normal TV puzzle, or you may lose the opportunity to obtain the first cross. 

Get the Second Iron Cross

Head to the Community Center on the first floor and find the lock for the projector room.

1. Use the Bible on the lock before entering the code.

2. Follow the clue that appears, showing 6 6 6 ?.

3. Enter 6666.

4. Defeat the cultists and pick up the second Iron Cross.

4. Get the Third Iron Cross

Before going through the door that requires the Copper Key, head to Floor 0 and enter the green door leading to the cinematography room.

1. Use the Bible in the room.

2. Connect the yellow RCA cable to the camera on the tripod.

3. Cycle through the camera channels until enemies appear.

4. Defeat the enemies and collect the third Iron Cross.

5. Unlock the Secret Boss

Once you have all three Iron Crosses, return to the third floor.

1. Find the blue door to the left of the elevator.

2. Place the three Iron Crosses on the marked poster on the brick wall to the right.

3. Enter the newly opened doorway.

4. Fight Amy, a secret boss associated with the FAITH games.

5. Defeat Amy to unlock Ending 3, VIVUS EX MORTIBUS.
