The Killing Antidote Guide | All Medical Zone Doll Locations

The Medical Zone (Green Area) in The Killing Antidote is a tense stretch of corridors, flooded rooms, and operating spaces that connect several important objectives. Between the dark water and tight hallways, it is easy to miss collectibles while focusing on survival and key items. 

This guide walks through every doll location in the Medical Zone, from the first hallway near the Storage Save Room to the locked Personnel Room with the Green Key, so you can clear the whole area in one run.

All Doll Locations In The Medical Zone (Green Area)

The dolls in the Medical Zone sit close to major points of interest. You will pass them naturally while following the main route, but some are tucked behind columns, curtains, or underwater lamps. Move slowly through each new room, check corners and shelves, and always scan around doors that lead to saves or key items.

Medical Hallway Doll

The first doll in the Medical Zone waits in the Medical Hallway that leads up to the Storage Save Room. After you unlock the Medical Zone door with the Bolt Cutters, walk straight down the hallway without turning off into any side paths.

Keep going until you reach the very end where the Storage Save Room door is located. The doll is positioned right next to this door, resting on a wheelchair. Before you step into the save room, look at the wheelchair beside the entrance and pick up the doll.

Storage Save Room Doll

The second doll is inside the Storage Save Room itself. Once you open the door and enter this room, stop for a moment before using the save point or checking any containers. Look to the right side of the room.

There is a column there, and the doll is tucked just behind it. Walk around the column, look into the small gap between the wall and the structure, and you will spot the doll hiding in the shadowed corner. Grab it before leaving so you do not have to backtrack later.

Flooded Area Doll

The third doll is hidden in the Flooded Area. Eventually, you will come to a room with an open floor grate that leads down into water. When you reach this room, move to the grate and dive into the water below.

As soon as you drop in, do not swim forward with the main flow of the route. Instead, turn around and look back toward the area under the grate.

The doll is sitting in the water on top of a submerged lamp. Swim up to the lamp, line yourself up carefully so you do not miss it in the murky water, and collect the doll before continuing deeper through the flooded tunnels.

Surgery Room Doll

The fourth doll is in the Surgery Room, which stays locked until you have the Wrench. Once you obtain the Wrench, return to the Surgery Room door and use the tool to open it. Inside, you can find a Damage Upgrade, making this room important for both power and collectibles.

After entering, look beyond the equipment toward the curtained area. The doll is hidden behind the curtains, resting on the shelves at the back. Gently push past the curtain space, check the shelving units, and you will see the doll sitting among the medical supplies. Pick it up before leaving with your new upgrade.

Personnel Room / Green Key Room Doll

The final Medical Zone doll is in the Personnel Room, also known as the Green Key Room. After you move through the Flooded Area and make it out on the other side, you will eventually enter a room that contains the Green Key.

This room is important for progression, so it is hard to miss. Once inside, do not rush straight out after grabbing the Green Key. Instead, look toward the opposite side of the room from where you entered.

There are shelves set up along that far wall, and the doll is resting on those shelves. Check each section quickly until you spot it, then take the doll to finish collecting every hidden figure in the Medical Zone (Green Area).
