"The Legend of Vanguard" pt. 3

Totoy, what Vanguard called him, gave the command to divide and conquer and to meet at the rendezvous point at 0600 hours the following day. So in a blink of an eye, team Vanguard spread out to different positions all through out the plains. So the 64th went in 5 teams with 4 members each. Each Vanguard had to face 4 soldiers each, an easy task for them.
The first team to find a Vanguard was Company C, they faced off against “baduy”. The thing that gave them a hint that they were in trouble was that the medic and sniper behind the two assault trooper were shot in the head after they went off onto an open field of grass where a lone tree stood. The remaining two figured that the sniper was in the tree and they emptied their clips onto it and screamed at the top of their lungs “Eat this you freakin’ bastard!” After they emptied their clips and attempted to reload, they both fell down, dead, shot to the head. After seeing all his targets neutralized, “baduy” beckoned “Idiots!” and just walked away searching for more prey.
After that it was the turn of Company B, they faced someone not human. He was like a scorpion as what his weapon suggested, they had to fight against “boloy”. With trusty scorpion in hand, boloy was standing behind a tree, ready to ambush the enemy that lurked behind. He thought to himself “Well… Here goes nothing” and went out to greet his unaware targets. He had been able to attack the rear of the ever ready Company B. He shot one in the back 12 times and shot another one to the head 18 times, emptying his clip. He then vanished, reloading his weapon. The remaining enemy was a sniper and a demolitions expert. He knew that the sniper was weak at such a close range so he decided to go after the demolitions expert first. He found them 50 meter away from where he had killed the first two, they were back to back. He slowly crept up to a huge rock and waited for the two to come nearer. When he saw that the demolitions expert was near the rock with the sniper guarding his rear. He jumped up from his position and lunged at the shotgun wielding enemy. The demolitions expert saw him jumped up and tried to squeeze the trigger but alas he was too late, boloy had sent the knife through his neck and his reflexes made him pull the trigger of the gun, missing boloy by a mere 17 centimeters but alerting the sniper. Boloy then attacked the sniper with his knife again, and stabbed him through the cerebral cortex before the sniper even had the chance to turn around. Boloy shouted “two gun kills, two knife kills…Ownage!” and walked away in search of his fellow teammates without speaking another word.
300 meters west gunshots rang in the air. Company D was surprised by a spray of bullets from an unknown point and two were hit. One was dead, shot to lungs three times, one in the right and two in the left. The other was shot at the heel and prevented him from moving. It was “picoy” that ambushed them. The two remaining, a heavy gunner and a medic were treating the wounded. While the medic treated the downed demolitions expert, the heavy gunner covered him. When the demolitions expert was shot, he dropped his secondary weapon, a colt .45 pistol on the ground. It was a meter and a half from where the heavy gunner stood and where the medic was treating the demolitions expert. The muzzle of the pistol was pointed towards the foot of the heavy gunner. Picoy was hiding on a tree and having seen this aimed his rifle at the pistol’s trigger. As he fired with lethal accuracy, the pistol sent a single shot at the heavy gunner. And the bullet from the pistol forced the heavy gunner to tumble and unintentionally pulling the trigger of his m249 machine gun as he tumbled. And as his m249 was wildly sending bullets every where, one bullet went through the back of the head of the medic and went out through his eye. And seeing that two are dead and two are unable to walk, he killed the heavy gunner with his side arm, firing 3 bullets but kept the wounded assault trooper alive as a POW.
