Pin Board

The Pin Board puzzle, located in the Cargo Hold, only becomes available after speaking with Mariana Moon. You need to place each character's portrait into their actual current position; Sally and Grimoire belong alongside Mariana in the Cargo Hold, while Magnus shouldn't be placed on the board at all. Solving the Pin Board puzzle unlocks the Moon Photo.

Mushroom Puzzle Box

The Mushroom Puzzle Box, found inside the tent in the Cargo Hold, only becomes available after reporting to Sinthia. You rotate the sun to see how each type of mushroom reacts to light, then count how many of each type there are. Dayglo mushrooms glow only when sunlight touches them. Evergleam mushrooms glow constantly, day or night. Illuminight mushrooms stay dark during the day and glow at night. Nevergleam mushrooms never glow at all. The counts you need are 3 Dayglo, 2 Evergleam, 4 Illuminight, and 5 Nevergleam. Solving the Mushroom Puzzle Box unlocks another tape for the dictaphone.
