The Mermaid Mask Guide How to Solve Puzzle in Dirk & Wirman's Bunk

Phone

The Phone puzzle is tucked inside the tuxedo in Dirk and Wirman's Bunk. You need to drag symbols into slots so they build the symbol shown at the bottom of each column, and some symbols overlap between columns to form the matching row symbol as well. Solving the Phone puzzle unlocks access to the phone itself.

The Mermaid Mask Guide Type Writer

Typewriter

The Typewriter puzzle sits in front of Wirman in the same room. You need to copy the pattern shown for the symbols at the bottom, but each version is rotated slightly further clockwise than the one before it. For this particular puzzle in The Mermaid Mask, arrange your pattern so the open circle sits at 12 o'clock, the diamond at 3 o'clock, the T at 5 o'clock, and the closed circle at 6 o'clock, which means rotating the symbols on all three dials along with the outer notches on each one. Solving the Typewriter puzzle unlocks the Handwritten Letter.
