After escaping the River God in The Mooseman you have the chance to obtain a secret achievement called Vora's Sanctuary, here's how.
After leaving the river you'll find some bunnies and 3 totem polls with glowing eyes. Match the pattern shown by turning on your mask at the base of each totem pole. The pattern is 1-2, 1-2-3, 1-2-3-1.
