The suspension incident !

First of all, I’d like to say sorry for not being able to warn you guys about the incident that took place during the last three days. And I think that I owe you guys an explanation.

The company that used to provide us the hosting service, suddenly started to behave strangely with us. They weren’t providing us the amount of bandwidth they were suppose to and also showing idleness in some other technical services they were providing. They were probably planning to ask for more money from us and when we mentioned that we will be shifting our site from their company to some other; they totally ignored the deal we had. Even though we had 3 more months to continue business with them. They were suppose to put up a notice mentioning about the move and give us time to notify our users; but they didn’t go according to the agreement.

Anyway, we are back now and that’s what matters the most. It seems like we’ve lost a very little amount of data which were updated during the day that incident took place. but luckily it’s not too much. So, if you think that you’re missing an emblem, blog or anything which can be recovered by our developers; please mention them here. Not to mention that, the site should be faster now; as we’ve moved to a powerful server. we will be trying out our current server for three months and then we’ll shift to a more powerful one.

And finally, I want to say that I really missed you guys and as I know that some of you also did the same. I’ve received lots of emails from many members and even though I was sad about the incident; I was happy to see that you guys do care about NoobFeed. I thank you all for your extraordinary support and I hope you see you all around again.
