Throne and Liberty | End-Game Gears and Skills After Level 50?
You might as well reach level 50 pretty quickly, what comes after will take a lot of time and effort.

Throne and Liberty is a game that requires much grinding, but you will reach level 50, the game's level cap, in only 15-20 hours. Now, this would mean you rush through the game's amazing story, but it is pretty fast for a game of this size and caliber.
Of course, many of the chapters are locked behind level-caps, meaning you have to level up by completing side quests and other events before you can progress through the main story. Now, the fastest way of leveling up is by rushing through the main story quests, and if you get stuck, to complete the exploration quests. Any other co-op or PvP modes can effectively be ignored as they aren't efficient for leveling up.
Of course, you will find that you still reach level 50 really quickly when compared to, let's say, your gear and skills. As you progress through levels, you will find that higher-tier items are progressively more challenging and, subsequently, take longer to upgrade. For your items, you can transfer the levels from lower-level gear to higher-level ones. And for skills, there is no clear way to fast-track the upgrade process.
Naturally, this means the game has a lot of end-game content to keep you entertained in between your grinding sessions. This predominantly comes in the form of contracts. A large part of getting end-game gear is redeeming items via the contract coins you earn by completing contracts. You gain around 30 contract coins for each contract you complete. The contracts you complete also give you some pretty nifty rewards.
You can also complete weekly missions for the World Map, Co-Op Dungeons, Guild Battles, and PvP battles. At the end of the week, you get to choose a gear from a few options for each mission you complete. At 1600 Combat Power and being Level 50, you can start going to Dimensional Circle Co-Op Dungeons. There's also the hard secret Dungeons, which are basically mini-boss fights that also give you a few rewards. Abyssal Contract Tokens are a rare coin you get mostly after reaching 50. You gain these by completing contracts
There's also the Amitoi Expeditions that lets you get more items while not doing much. Finally, you also have the various events taking place on the world map. While these will not give you much, they're enjoyable and give you more to do in the end game.
All of these put-together take a great deal of time to complete, and you'll almost never run out of newer events. This is not to mention any additional content planned for the game. So, keep your eyes out.
