Top Five Games I Am Looking Forward To

Games by -Moroes- on  Feb 19, 2010

Honestly, I can't remember a time where I have been so eager about upcoming titles.  Here are the games that I can't wait for.

5: Starcraft II: The original StarCraft basically created the RTS genere that we know today.  Better graphics, gameplay, story, etc tacked onto an already amazing strategy experience = pure win.

Release Date: Second Quarter, 2010

4: Metal Gear Solid Rising: Its amazing how Hideo made an unlikeable Raiden a badass in the MGS4.  I am looking forward to this game just for the simple fact that I can play as Raiden.  Also, I am curious on how Hideo will do with a more action based game, instead of stealth.

Release Date: To Be Announced

3: Metro 2033: Most of you probably haven't read the Russian novel, but I have read it multiple times and it amazes me everytime I read it.  The games theme and idea seem very interesting... and to me this game seems a lot like Fallout 3... but better!

Release Date: March 16, 2010

2: Diablo 3: Diablo II is the most addictive game I have played, but the numbers don't add up.  The game had only a few levels which you are left replaying over and over, the graphics were kind of average... even for the time, and at first glance it seemed like an average smash em up game.  There is no reason I should have spent 200+ hours on Battlenet. Something about this game made it amazing, addicting, and immersive.  With improved graphics, better storyline, and character development Diablo 3 looks like it can be the next WoW.... and not to mention the fact everything Blizzard touches turns to gold.

Release Date: To Be Announced

1: Mass Effect 3: I can't wait to see the finale of Shepard's adventure.  I have never played a game where I actually cared for fictional characters... except from the Mass Effect universe.  This series is unique, and BioWare showed they can create quality gameplay along with characters in their recent release of Mass Effect 2.

Release Date: To Be Announced
