Voice your ideas

The Off-Topic board is getting filled with hotseat threads, at least the first page is, as you might have noticed. 

My question to you is simply. How can we avoid that? I really don't want to delete the threads, nor move them to a board which no one but the mods has access to. Yet have them somewhat easily accessible for reading in the future. So what you say? =)
