Helltaker, A Game For Demon Waifu Enthusiasts

Imagine this: you wake up, and you suddenly have the urge to “conquer” demon waifus. That’s exactly the premise of the game. So now, you’re here, solving puzzles to add demon girls to your harem.

So, what’s Helltaker?

Helltaker is a puzzle game with a straightforward goal. Conquer the demon girls in front of you. The puzzles at the first 5 levels were pretty easy. But the difficulty ramps up after that.

If you’re not interested in the puzzle, you can opt to skip it via the main menu. But I advise people to at least try to solve the puzzle. There are only about 9 of them, plus a little hardship factor in for the fulfillment you'll feel after succeeding.

Another one to look out for is the dialogue; this game has funny lines, which you can access under “Life Advice”. I know, taking life advice from a demon seems like the most ironic thing you can do. But their dialogue is just too entertaining to pass on.

I first stumbled upon this game when the artists I followed started making fan art for it. This caught my interest, so I downloaded the game. The game itself is pretty easy, as you can finish everything in just an hour, but of course, that’s not what we’re here for.

This is what makes the game compelling: the characters. All the demon girls you meet have their own unique personalities. There’s the sadistic one, the tired one, an angel in hell because of her thesis. Yes, there’s a lot of variety in here.
