Nier: Automata Goes Gold

Nier: Automata has officially reached gold status, that means development is finished and production of copies have begun.

Yosuke Saito made the announcement via Twitter. Now we can still see a day-one update for Nier: Automata, after all this has become a norm nowadays. 

Nier: Automata is set during a war between the remnants of humanity and the machine army of invaders from another world. Humanity has fled to the moon and sends down combat androids dubbed "YoRHa" to fight the invaders on Earth and are commanded from the Bunker, a base that orbits Earth. A playable demo is available now on the PlayStation Store.

Nier: Automata launches on PS4 February 23th in JP, NA on March 7th, and March 10th for PAL territories. A PC port is planned for 2017.
