In Lost Records: Bloom & Rage Tape 2, you need to unlock a Barn door in order to find Gertie a deer and pet it to unlock the 'Free Spirit' achievement. This guide will show you how to unlock the door and also get the achievement.
Check the Barn Door
As you get closer to the barn, you'll see that the door is locked with a wooden bar. You can't just open it normally; that much is clear. As you move forward, you must first figure out how to remove the screws that hold the bar in place.
Look for the Screwdriver
Head over to the workbench on the left side of the barn to start taking the bar off. There is a screwdriver under it, which is very important for taking the bar off the door. Get it, because it's what you need for the job.
Find The Oil
Look to the right of the barn once you have the screwdriver. A bottle of oil can be seen behind some boxes through a window. Helps loosen the screws, which makes them easier to take off without hurting the barn or the tools. This oil is important.
Put Oil on the Screws
Once you have the oil, put it on the screws that hold the wooden bar in place. The oil will speed up and make the process go more smoothly. To make sure the oil soaks in, just put a lot of it on each screw.
Take Off the Wooden Bar
Now that the oil is on, you can use the screwdriver. Carefully take out each of the screws that are holding the wooden bar in place. The bar will no longer be attached to the barn door once all the screws are taken out. This will let you move it out of the way.
Open the Door
Now that the bar is gone, the barn door can be opened. But before you go any further, don't forget to pet Gertie, the deer who is standing nearby. This small interaction makes the game more fun and gives you the "Free Spirit" achievement.
