Dead Cells Reaches 2 Million Copies Sold, Giant DLC Now Available on Switch and PS4

Dead Cells is one of the best rogue-like games available now. With the title now over 2 million sales across all platforms, with new DLC now available.

The DLC is called Rise of the Giant for free on Nintendo Switch and PS4. The DLC will come to Xbox One at a later date. To celebrate, a new animated trailer has been released showcasing the prisoner facing against new enemies.

Dead Cells is an action-adventure rogue-like game developed by Motion Twin. The title follows a prisoner attempting to escape prison housing various types of monsters and supernatural beings. With each death altering the environment but granting the player more options in routes, items, and experience. The game has been critically acclaimed by fans and critics as one of the best games in the genre for its tight controls, beautiful graphics, and complementary music.

Dead Cells is now available for PS4, PC, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. A mobile version is set to release this summer for iOS.
