Cadence of Hyrule, WWE 2K Battlegrounds, and More

Today was Nintendo’s first Nintendo Direct mini: Partner Showcase, showing off a slew of third party titles for the Nintendo Switch. It was a short showcase, only about eight minutes, but it was packed with content.
The showcase opened with announcements for Cadence of Hyrule - Crypt of the Necrodancer ft. The Legend of Zelda DLC. There are packs for Character DLC, Music DLC, and a Story DLC starring Skull Kid. All of these DLC are also bundled in a Season Pass. The first DLC, the Character Pack, launches today, and the other two DLC are set to launch in October. In October, fans will also be able to buy a complete edition of the game.
Nintendo also showed off a new character for Rogue Company: GL1TCH. GL1TCH appears to be a high tech hacker who will screw around with tech on the battlefield. More information about Rogue Company is expected to come out later today.
Nintendo also showed off some gameplay for WWE 2K Battlegrounds Fall 2020, a wild and wacky take on professional wrestling. The game is set to launch on September 18th.
The show closed with an impressive double announcement from Atlus. First, they announced an HD remaster of the cult classic Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne. But, if that wasn’t enough to placate fans, a second surprise announcement quickly followed for Shin Megami Tensei V, a sequel seven years in the making.
