Lords of the Fallen II Gains New Developer

Looks like Lords of the Fallen 2 isn't canceled and will happen, but not with the original developers. Instead, CI Games has partnered with Defiant Studios, a small new studio in New York, to develop the sequel.

According to Eurogamer, 

CI Games boss Marek said: "We talked to a number of globally respected studios that had shown a strong interest in making the next LOTF, and received several solid pitches. We finally decided to move forward with Defiant because we were impressed with their game concept, production expertise, and the pedigree of their developers."

Lords of the Fallen 2 is in development for PC and consoles.
