Quantum Break the First of Many Crossbuy Games for Xbox One

Many other titles may follow Quantum Break’s crossbuy feature in the future.

First featured for the PlayStation consoles, specially the Vita and PS3, this feature allowed certain games to be played between two systems. Yesterday Microsoft revealed that those who pre-ordered Quantum Break on the Xbox One would receive a Windows 10 version of the game with no extra charge, even allowing cross saving between the two versions.

According to Phil Spencer, head of Xbox, this trend could continue with other releases not only including first-party games. 

This could encourage more Xbox One owners to dive into the PC realm and vice versa.
