Ratchet and Clank 2016 is Insomniac Game Ever, Confirmed by Developer

Ratchet and Clank is one of Insomniac Games' best IPs and in 2016 the acclaimed studio rebooted the franchise, easily becoming one of the best games of 2016. Now it has been confirmed by the developer to be the studio's current most successful game.

An exact number wasn't provided but over on ResetERA community director James Stevenson stated:

The budget-priced movie-tie-in Ratchet & Clank game we made (which got an 85 metacritic and is the most successful Ratchet/Insomniac game of all time) is making you concerned about our biggest production ever?

To put it in perspective Insomniac Games was formed in 2002 and has created some of the best franchises in gaming including Spyro the Dragon, Resistance, and Sunset Overdrive.  The studio is currently making Spider-Man PS4 which is highly regarded and will most likely take several Game of the Year Awards this year. 

Ratchet and Clank PS4 is now available for PS4.
