Savage Tower Defense Game ORX Launches Steam Demo

Critical Reflex, the publisher of the forthcoming tower defense, deck-building game, ORX, has released a new demo for the game on Steam. ORX, which is slated for release on PC later this year, will have players fending against an endless swarm of monsters as they protect their homelands. With a unique twist on the well-known tower defense genre that incorporates famous PC deck building and tabletop games.

 

It's time to expand your domain, recruit warriors and build your castle! New cards and intense things are known as Artifacts may be found during the game's Campaign and used to boost decks and the kingdom's defenses, making it more difficult for opponents to take advantage of them. Enemies become more and more challenging as the game progresses, so choose your plan wisely and wipe out the Orcs once and for all!

Deck-building is made easy in ORX, with over 300 cards accessible to try out. A total of four factions, each having its unique set of cards and strategy, are available in the game. There is a three-act campaign in the roguelike style, each having its biome, day/night, and seasonal cycles. The game has over 30 types of enemies, all eager to destroy your fortress, and the advanced difficulty mode will test the gamers who've mastered the regular campaign.
