Shipments of NieR: Automata Pass 2 Million Copies Worldwide
NieR: Automata is one of the PS4's biggest hits this year, passing 2 million copies shipped

Square Enix announced that NieR: Automata has shipped over 2 million this year.
The previous milestone was 1.5 million copies as of May 2017 and it looks like the game is still selling well. This isn't surprising seeing that the game has received mostly positive reviews for its excellent gameplay, soundtrack, and story. It's widely considered one of the top exclusive games of the PS4 along with Horizon Zero Dawn and Uncharted 4: A Thief's End.
