Sonic 30th Anniversary Symphony Event Coming Today

Sonic turns 30 and to celebrate SEGA is giving the legendary character a massive celebration. With a symphony event coming today hosting an array of musical scores from the franchise.

In honor of Sonic the Hedgehog’s 30th anniversary today, SEGA of America is hosting a Sonic Symphony Orchestra event as part of Summer Game Fest 2021 at 12pm PT / 3pm ET on the official Sonic YouTube and Twitch channels.

Sonic 2022 is now in development but a release date has not been provided. Those yearning for a new Sonic game can pre-order Sonic Colors Ultimate which is a re-release of the Wii exclusive on modern systems. In addition, Sonic has officially joined Minecraft as the new DLC.
